This DBT-based in-person group not only focuses on reducing self-harming behaviors including all types of eating disorders, addictions, cutting, or any behavioral patterns interfering with the potential to live life with a measure of effectiveness–but is also particularly appropriate for individuals seeking to navigate chronic interpersonal difficulties that have served as impediments to happiness and success.
Join The Kimberly Center’s DBT-based Skills Group
A DBT-based interpersonal group for individuals hoping to reduce self-harm in daily life.

Each week focuses on an essential DBT skill, and group members are asked to share interpersonal experiences and practice learned skills in between sessions to implement these techniques into their daily lives. This group has been helpful for those who are new to DBT, as well as those who are looking for a refresher course.
This DBT Skills group will meet weekly for 12 weeks at the Greenwich Village office (12th St near 6th Ave; near 14th St stop).
A new group begins when at least 4 members have committed to the 12-week program.
