The Self & Other Group is an intensive interpersonal group that builds on the psychological grounding framework of object relations theory to help participants both further their understanding of themselves, especially as it relates to any self-sabotaging behavior, and develop their capacity for intimacy and interpersonal effectiveness with others in a group format with participants who share a common goal of self-improvement and personality development.
